Manufacturing Method
  • Joined board

The joined board is composed of multiple sections spliced together, there will be a butt gap between the profile and the profile, the extruder and die determine the width of the aluminum profile. Therefore, the joined board can only be spiced into the required size by a fixed width profile.Although the profile of the joined board has a fixed width limit, there is no height limit. General furniture is limited to 240 cm high, while the furniture composed of panel structure can be customized according to requirements; it has extensive applicability, especially open space and high field.


  • Whole board (seamless honeycomb board)

The whole board technology can avoid tedious splicing steps. Surface Technology

Wood grain heat transfer.

Aluminum alloy profile is made of aluminum raw material through high temperature extrusion, and then by heating and pressurizing, the wood grain pattern on the transfer paper is quickly transferred and penetrated to the aluminum profile. No glue is needed, avoiding the formaldehyde hazard that may be generated when using adhesives.

Thermal transfer technology enables aluminum furniture to have a simulated wood grain visual effect, and can enhance the surface protection of aluminum. The wood grain transfer process can naturally present the wood grain texture on the aluminum profile, which is an ideal energy-saving and environmentally friendly material that can replace wood.

Heat shielding film

The polymer material film treated by special technology is coated on aluminum profile after high temperature.

Generally speaking, common paint methods for aluminum alloy include ordinary paint, metallic paint and fluorocarbon paint, etc. Emoono Home uses fluorocarbon paint as the surface baking paint coloring treatment method for various household products.

After the surface of aluminum extrusion profile is processed with fluorocarbon paint, the surface weather resistance and chemical resistance can be increased. Especially excellent non-stick and low friction properties, it is not easy to pulverize and discolor after long-term use, and it’s resistant to alcohol and solvents, not easy to stain and scrub. It can last for more than 15 years or even longer.


Anode treatment is to place the metal to be treated on the anode end and generate an oxide film on the metal surface through electrolysis. And through electrolysis, an oxide film is formed on the metal surface.

After oxidation and coloring of aluminum, the surface will be transformed into a layer of oxide film, which has the function of decoration and protection for aluminum. Under normal circumstances, it will be dyed and sealed or sprayed after oxidation to increase its corrosion resistance.
The electrolytic coloring after anodizing is different depending on the size distribution of the precipitated particles, and color tone is also different. Common electrolytic coloring includes champagne, bronze, golden, claret, black and so on.
